Text-To-Speech (TTS)Aculab Cloud supports Cepstral and Polly Text To Speech (TTS). Choosing the voice to useIn the REST and UAS APIs, the Play action and Say functions respectively, support the Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) allowing you to change the way your text is spoken, for example, by choosing which voice you'd like to say it. SSML also allows you to choose which TTS engine you'd like, through use of the optional acu-engine tag which, if provided, must be outermost in the string. If you don't provide this tag your account default will be used, based on the default voice. CereVoice Demonstration SamplesCereProc offers synthesis that is not just adequate for call centres but can also entertain and amuse. The key to this is to generate voices with character.CereVoice exactly captures the character of the voice on which it is based, and is capable of reading any kind of text. Cara memindahkan aplikasi persediaan ke laptop lain. Synthesis produced by CereVoice is often indistinguishable from the speaker's natural voice.' A new jet engine designed to fly at seven times the speed of sound appears to have been successfully tested. The scramjet engine was launched 500km north of Adelaide in Australia. Once 314km up, the Hyshot III fell back to Earth, reaching speeds analysts hope will have topped Mach 7.6 (9,000km/h).It is hoped the British-designed Hyshot III will pave the way for ultra fast, intercontinental air travel. The tests will bring the idea of a commercial scramjet one step closer to reality.
In the first instance, these would probably be used to launch satellites into low-Earth orbit but many have speculated that they could also allow passenger airlines to fly between London and Sydney in just two hours.Although this vision may be many years off, it was given a huge boost when Nasa successfully flew its X-43A plane over the Pacific Ocean in 2004. The unmanned aircraft flew at 10 times the speed of sound, a new world speed record.' Of course, if you require a different character then CereProc can find a voice and create a CereVoice synthesiser from them. For a bit of fun we also tried to synthesise the voice of a well known American politician from audio freely available on the web. The quality of the voice is badly affected by the poor nature of much of the audio used to make it, but it demonstrates that no one is really safe from the power of speech synthesis.' The people of America must have good speech technology.
